Synopsis: I'm Never Done, Pilot Episode
Title: "One Tough Cookie"
Rachael is at her wit’s end, grappling with her struggling bakery's dismal finances while her husband Brad, a former Major League baseball player turned amateur horticulturist, tries to comfort her amidst talks of closing the bakery. As if that weren't enough, Rachael's overbearing mother adds to the chaos, their sleepwalking son Daniel wreaks havoc on her prized potted plants, and their daughter Stacy is alarmed when their fifteen year old family dog, Pugly, is in a ball-chasing fiasco.

At Sweet Bytes Bakery, Rachael’s patience is tested by Maria, a dreamy baker who’s more lost in thought than in her work. The situation escalates when sous chef Jenny's mishap with an event planner results in a last-minute order for 500 cookies. Rachael dives into this crisis, as Brad secretly tries to help by attempting to sell his homegrown pot plants for some quick cash to support the business.

With a frantic phone call, a minor disaster involving Daniel, and a series of comical setbacks—including Maria’s egg-spilling catastrophe and Rachael’s mother locking herself out of her house again, Rachael and her team race against time to complete the cookie order. In a hilarious twist of fate, the cookies are turned to crumbles forcing Rachael and team to come up a short when paid. Ironically, it's Brad who swoops in to save the day, proving that in this whirlwind of bakery mayhem, sometimes a little chaos and a lot of heart are all you need to succeed.
